Recent Client Feedback

"We relocated from Singapore and had a narrow window to find a suitable place. Nadia understood our requirements without needing them explained twice, and had a shortlist ready within a week. The property we chose was exactly what we described. Nothing was oversold."

LK

Li Wen Koh

"The interior styling service was not something I had anticipated needing, but Kieran's suggestions transformed a fairly standard high-rise apartment into somewhere that actually feels like home. The mood boards were clear and the supplier recommendations were practical rather than aspirational."

RS

Rajan Subramaniam

"I have two cats and had spent months being told properties were 'pet friendly' only to discover the landlord meant they would tolerate it — not that the unit was actually suitable. Caeloria's assessment covered things I hadn't thought to ask about. The property they found has been a genuinely good fit."

SN

Siti Norzahra

"I use the seasonal curation service and have now been through three transitions with Caeloria. The logistics management is the main value — not having to coordinate the handover, condition check, and utilities setup myself saves a considerable amount of stress each time."

AM

Amirul Mukhtar

"Priya was thorough in explaining what the search process would involve and how long to expect it to take. The timeline was accurate. I appreciated that there was no pressure to accept the first shortlist — they were willing to refine when two of the initial properties were not quite right."

TC

Tan Chee Wei

"As an expat who moved to KL without knowing the city well, I was genuinely uncertain about which neighbourhoods would suit my lifestyle. The context Caeloria provided — not just about the properties but about the areas themselves — was the most useful part of the service."

How We Helped

Expatriate Relocation Under Time Pressure

A family of four relocating from Germany had a ten-day window between arrival and needing to confirm a residence. Previous independent searches had returned mostly unsuitable listings, and the school catchment requirement narrowed the viable areas significantly.

Targeted Search With School Proximity Mapping

Caeloria mapped viable properties within school catchment areas, visited five shortlisted units ahead of the family's arrival, and prepared detailed assessments for each. The family viewed three properties on day two of their arrival and confirmed a lease on day four.

Settled Within Budget and Timeline

The family moved into a four-bedroom residence in Ampang within their stated budget. The children were enrolled in a nearby international school within the week. The family has since renewed through Caeloria once and used the interior styling service for the renewal property.

Senior Dog With Specific Physical Requirements

A client with a large senior dog needed a property with ground-level or lift access, non-slip flooring, and ideally some outdoor space. Most pet-friendly listings in KL did not address these specifics, and initial searches had produced only unsuitable options.

Detailed Physical Assessment Protocol

We created a custom assessment checklist for the client's dog's requirements and reviewed eight properties against it. Three were shortlisted; one was rejected on flooring grounds, one was rejected on lift access grounds. The third met all criteria and had access to a gated garden area.

Successful Placement, Renewed Once

The client moved in within three weeks of initial enquiry. The lease has since been renewed once. The client has noted that the property assessment was more thorough than anything they had encountered previously in this market.

Seasonal Rotation Across Two Properties

A client spending approximately six months per year in KL wanted to rotate between two contrasting residences — a high-floor KLCC unit for the urban period and a more spacious property in a quieter area for the remainder. Managing this independently had proven logistically difficult.

Dual Property Portfolio Management

Caeloria curated both properties simultaneously, staggered the lease terms to allow smooth transitions, and managed condition checks and utility handovers for each rotation. The client receives a brief ahead of each move-in noting any changes or issues identified in the property during the interim period.

Three Full Cycles Completed

Three complete seasonal rotations have been managed without incident. The client has described the arrangement as the most straightforward aspect of their KL living situation. The interior styling service was also engaged for the quieter-area property in the second year.
